Want to get on the ALDub Train but don’t know where to start? These apps can help.

I never really watch a lot of local television to be honest. Mostly, because everything can be downloaded online.

So, when the ALDub phenomenon exploded, I never really got it. I was part of the “walang pakialam” (don’t care) population .

Now, my mom is a huge ALDdub fan. Every day she sends me links to tweets on Veems. She even veems her pabebe wave.

I woke up with a smile on my face as I received my mom’s photo and voice on Veems.

My sisters, too. In fact, last Saturday, I invited them to hang out but they couldn’t: They are watching #TamangPanahon. I’m feeling kind of left out. The case of FOMO has set in.

So, I said, enough is enough, I must at least see what the fuss is all about. The thing is, there are already tons of ALDub information. I don’t know where to start! If you’re like me who’s curious on what ALDub is, or if you’re already a fan but are falling behind with the most recent episodes, here are apps and other online resources that might help.

#ALDub app

The app is a very simple one. It simply curates all the tweets and videos related to ALDub. The great thing about the app though is that it neatly organizes the links of the episodes from Day 1. Once you click on the link, it will route you to YouTube. It saves you a lot of time of searching each episode and finding legit videos. At the time this post was written, it already has Day 86. I have a lot to catch up on!

Another online resource to check out is EBdabarkad’s official Facebook page where it also includes all the episodes.

Now, if you don’t want to go through all  the episodes and just want to check out what ALDub at a glance is, you can also follow ALDub Nation’s channel on Veems. Operated by a group of die hard ALDub fans, the channel gives you the best bits of the ALDub phenomenon at a glance through photo and four-second sound.

You can easily follow the channel on VeemsCast. If you’re not on Veems yet, you can download and get directly to the ALDub Nation channel on Veems here.

Of course, if you’re a die hard ALDub fan yourself, it’s also a great channel to relive your favorite moments!

Are you part of the ALDub nation? Which population do you belong?
