A Geeky, Girly Life’s Daily Tips: If you can’t exercise, do a quick wake up Yoga.

How are you doing on your new year’s resolutions? Are you doing something every day to keep yourself working on achieving your goals for this year?

As a way to keep the enthusiasm and the momentum going, I thought it would be great to share one quick TIP for each day. These tips will be focused on productivity, self improvement, fashion, skin routine, and health & fitness. Each week will have its own theme. For example, this week I’ll focus on productivity tips. I believe this is a timely topic. It can help you do more with less time without getting burned out.

Don’t worry. The tips I’m going to share will be quick, easy, and practical.

It also gets the blood flowing, helping you to start your day with a positive energy.

Here’s a quick Yoga I’ve been doing for the past five days:

It’s quick and easy, right? You can give it a try for a few days to see how it works for you. It has worked well for me, and I feel more excited and energized as I start my day.

What do you do first thing in the morning? Don’t forget to share your morning routine by commenting below.

Please also let me know some topics you want me to cover in a Geeky, Girly Life’s (GGL) Daily Tip.

That’s it for today. Hope you have a productive and stress free day! See you tomorrow!
