As a way to keep the enthusiasm and the momentum going, I thought it would be great to share one quick TIP for each day. These tips will be focused on productivity, self improvement, fashion, skin routine, and health & fitness. Each week will have its own theme. For example, this week I’ll focus on productivity tips. I believe this is a timely topic. It can help you do more with less time without getting burned out.
Don’t worry. The tips I’m going to share will be quick, easy, and practical.
Today’s Tip: If you can’t exercise, do a quick wake up Yoga.
The thought of doing a 30-minute exercise everyday is quite intimidating. I’m sure most of us can’t spare a full 30 minutes to work out or go to the gym. However, doing a quick five minute stretch or Yoga as soon as you wake up is a lot less daunting. Plus, it can actually help relieve tension, which has built up while you were sleeping. It also gets the blood flowing, helping you to start your day with a positive energy.

It’s quick and easy, right? You can give it a try for a few days to see how it works for you. It has worked well for me, and I feel more excited and energized as I start my day.
