Recently, I have noticed that my pants are getting a little tighter. So that’s my cue to start working out again. 🙂 I used to work out all the time (at the gym or at home). But I confess that I got a little lazy during the holidays last year, and I just kind of stopped working out.
I turn to YouTube for short and fun workout videos. Spark People and Tiffany Rothe Works Out have different amazing videos which cater to everybody. There are also different videos, which target specific parts of your body. What I like most about their videos is that you don’t need fancy equipments. However, if you like using equipments like dumbbells, they also have videos for that.
I’d like to share with you seven of my favorite fun workout videos. I try to do one video each day. The videos are fun and it only takes 10 minutes or less to complete. If you don’t have time to go to the gym, I highly recommend doing one of these:
7. Dance Dance Dance Fitness
This upbeat workout will not only make you sweat, it will also make you laugh. It almost feels like Chris Rock is leading the workout. 🙂 This is a quick and fun workout to start your day.
6.Xtreme Cardio Dance Sexy Sculpt
The title of this workout says it all. It’s a cardio dance exercise that will make you feel sexy. Even though this is only a part of the entire video workout, it’s a fun and sexy cardio exercise that will work your abs, hips, and thighs. I used to do this exercise everyday, and I always felt good afterwards.
5. Lower Body (Hips, Glutes & Thighs) Workout
This is one of the many fun workout videos from Spark People. It’s not as fun and upbeat as the other workout videos, but it’s a great way to sculpt your thighs and hips. You may not be able to execute all the steps perfectly on your first try, so don’t give up right away.
The first thing I notice when I gain a few extra pounds is my thighs get bigger. So every time I’m getting conscious with my thighs, I’d do this workout. When you do this consistently, you will see noticeable results.
4. The Bikini Abs Workout
I discovered this workout two days ago and I’m already loving it. 🙂 This is a quick and easy workout if you want to get ready for the summer. As Tiffany recommends, you have to do it three times for the whole workout. If you haven’t exercise for a long time, you may want to start with just one round, and then increase repetition later. The key here is consistency.
3. 10-Minute Cardio Aerobic Exercise Workout at Home — Burn Fat & Calories & Lose Weight
If you like to just get your heart pumping and sweat, this video workout is for you. 🙂
2. Get your SEXY BACK with this Fat Burning, Calorie Blasting, Body-Sculpting Workout by Tiffany
This is one of my favorite workout recently. It targets your back, abs, and hips. This video doesn’t include stretching, so make sure to stretch your muscles before diving in. That was my mistake when I first did this exercise. My back was sore the next day.
1. 10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout
I think this is the most comprehensive workout in the list. The video includes stretching and cool down. Your whole body will be utilized in this exercise. You will certainly feel the difference if you do this every day.
I hope you enjoyed this workout videos. I’m doing my best to do at least one each day. It would be summer soon, so it’s better to get started working on those abs. Don’t forget to watch out your diet as well. That’s the hard part for me! I love to dance and exercise, but I find it difficult to limit myself when it comes to food. But I do a good job in avoid ing drinking alcohol and soft drinks. 🙂
