Hi, I’m Irene Enriquez from GeekyGirlyLife.com. And welcome to the first episode of Top Tech Tips in 60 seconds.  Here are Top 7 Tips on How to Conserve Your Smartphone Battery

Tip # 1. Adjust screen brightness to a low setting.

Tip # 2. Turn off wifi, 3G, and bluetooth connection when not in use. This will stop your phone from automatically searching connections.

Tip # 3. Turn off vibrations. Or you can limit vibration for incoming calls.

Tip # 4. Shorten screen time out.

Tip # 5.  Always close app when not in use. Don’t let it run in the background.

Tip # 6. Disable GPS. Only turn it on when using location-based apps.

Lastly, Tip # 7. Customize notifications. It’s best to limit notifications to the more important ones like email.
