Tech Blooper: Game’s Save File is “Lost”

8191_640x360With all the gadgets that surround us, most of us are tech savvy. But there are days that we make silly mistakes. By “we”, I mean “I”. ๐Ÿ™‚

Last night, I decided to continue playing Grand Theft Auto 5. So, I turned the PS3 on and started the game. When the game was loaded, Franklin was wearing a different outfit and I was doing an earlier mission. So, I immediately assumed that my save file was lost. I scratched my head! How could I lose an autosave file?

Depressed that I lost a lot of missions, I slept. The next morning, I told my boyfriend about my plight.
I told him that I lost my save file in GTA 5. And his first question was: “Did you log in with your own account?”

Andย  I was like, “Duh!” I was using his user account when I played; that’s why I was doing a different mission!

So good news was my save file wasn’t lost at all. The bad news was I felt kind of stupid. ๐Ÿ™‚

Did this ever happen to you? What technological blunder have you committed recently? I actually have more to share. So, let me know if you like this kind of thing! ๐Ÿ™‚
