BPI Continues Technological Innovation to Better Serve Customers

Last week I got the chance to learn a lot about the different technological innovations that BPI offers to their loyal customers.

I have been a long time BPI customer and it was such a pleasure knowing that BPI is committed to improve the current process for customers, most especially processes related to online banking.

Here’s an awesome infographic that gives you a clear picture of how much banking has evolved through BPI’s consistent efforts:

I’m a big fan of BPI’s online banking. We pay our bills online. So, I guess I could say that I have also evolved. 🙂 Honestly, I can’t remember what it feels like to fall in line and pay bills at payment centers.

Other than paying bills online, another thing that I like about BPI is the ability to deposit cash on one of their express deposit machines. It’s so easy to do and there are machines that are available 24/7. This allows you to deposit your money at your own time.

If you haven’t taken advantage of online banking, there’s still another way to make your visit at one of the BPI branches a breeze. It’s called BEA (BPI Express Assist). This allows you to set an appointment online, so once you arrive at the branch, all you have to do is go directly to the counter. No need to fall in line! Please visit the BPI website or more details on how you can set an appointment online.

During our talk at the BPI main office, I also learned that the company is working on a lot more awesome innovation that will make banking even more convenient and high tech. That’s definitely something to look forward to! 🙂

How has your banking routine changed over the years? Do you also pay your bills online or are you planning to?

The dv6000t’s keyboard was very comfortable with respect to size, layout and the actual pressing of keys, which are really the only things I ask of a keyboard.
