How Technology Significantly Improves Healthy Cooking


When we think about technology, we often picture an electronic device with wires, a screen, and multifunction features. However, there is so much more than electric wires and monitors. In its simplest form, technology means “the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, especially in industry.”  Last week, I saw the advancement in technology in the food and kitchen industry, and it absolutely blew my mind.

I saw in action how technology can affect the foods we consume and how changing the equipment used in cooking can take advantage of all the nutrients  in vegetables. I was one of the fortunate bloggers who got invited to see the demonstration of Royal Prestige. It is a line of cookware under HyCite corporation.


Most people spend a fortune in remodeling their kitchen. They buy top-of-the-line microwaves, expensive tiles, and elaborate cabinets. But when it comes to cooking equipment like pans and casserole, most people skimp on these. The danger in most cooking equipment made in aluminum and Teflon is that they have contaminants that get mixed up with the food. Over time this could build up in our body causing various diseases.

When cooking Sinigang the traditional way, you add water for the soup to boil the ingredients. When using Royal Prestige products, water is no longer needed. When adding water, the ingredients lose its nutritional value by 50%.

The water will be naturally extracted from the juices of the vegetables. So, when drinking the soup, it’s pure veggie goodness! Using Royal Prestige allows you to fry chickens and meat without grease. You can even bake in it! The Aluminum 1050/3003/1050 efficiently traps the heat, which makes the entire surface hot. Unlike most cookware, which only heats up the bottom surface.
